Retailers: get listed freeWhat to ask a retailer before you buy
- Is this kit certified to the final WA plug-in standard, and what is its EESS registration?
- Is the inverter rated at 800 VA or less?
- What warranty comes with it, and who handles claims in WA?
- Will the mounting kit fit my balcony rail or wall, and is it wind tested?
- What does delivery cost, and how do returns work for panels?
Under the Australian Consumer Law, the shop that sold you the kit has to deal with faults, the same as for any other appliance.
